Default Southern Performance ???

So I ordered a complete Cobra Motor and trans with the complete wiring harness. back on Feburary 12, took almost a month to ship the in stock motor, ECU was to be sent out and programed, then shipped direct to us. well........... that was in February and guess what? in the last 2 months there have been NO return emails! No Return phone Calls. NO Answers. NO product!!! already paid in full!!!

I have called many times sent many emails and nothing!!

I have waited 2 months to post this.

I know they are a vendor on here as are we, that is why I purchased from them!!!

If this is the only way to get results then that is all i am looking for.
the car is ready to fire up and test drive and it sits there waiting for the ECU

now i am not bashing the vendor i just need an answer!!!

if anyone can get me an answer great!!
if the phone never gets answered i think i am out of luck!

With the current economy, I don't understand why so many companies are so absurdly lacking in customer service... Seems as though they would be begging for business. I don't know anything about your situation other than what is stated, but in general, what is wrong with people these days?

Yeah, I agree. You would think businesses would be DYING for your business. Especially nowadays when times are tough.
But, they may gone bankrupt? Have you looked into that?

That sucks for sure Blake. I haven't personally dealt with them but I remember a few guys building FFRs using them for their crate engines. Don't remember any of those guys having trouble. Aren't they located in Georgia? Maybe some of the Lat-G guys located there would know more or might even pay them a visit .

that could go by and see if John is actually there???
or if anything is actually there?

i think i could be too late? but i am hoping i wil still get the ECU for my customer

I live fairly close to Norcross, GA. I live out in Buford, GA which is about 18 miles from there. Let me see if I can run by there this weekend.

Is this the same as Southern Performance Warehouse? I read an article that National Performance Warehouse has purchased Southern Performance Warehouse in Fla. and Ga. I am NOT sure if this is the same company you are dealing with but thought it might help if it is.The article did say it would not affect the retail locations. Good Luck Blake.
