Hello, i know this is far away from LSx world but can someone recomend me a professional carburetor shop who can restore vintage carter wcfbs for "show quoality" and modify em for better performance ?

The besy suggestion is to contact an NHRA Stock/Super Stock eliminator Carb guy...VAL HEADWORTH comes to mind...........those guys are the nuts for what your looking for..
