I'm just a total sucker for a nicely done Nova. I like the non-mainstream color choice, very brave and extremely well executed. Great job!

I've been trying to follow this build as much as possible. It came out as nice as I thought it would. Awesome job! I just love '66 and '67 Chevy II's. My dad has owned a few over the years and there's not many better looking cars in my book - and as far as Deuces go I think you moved the bar up a knotch with this one.

I can't wait to see it in person - what shows is it going to hit this season?

COOL!!! Will it be at SEMA??

Blake Foster
04-30-2007, 09:14 PM
WE just work on them.......... that's really all we do. i schedual the jobs so they are staggered and in different stages so the guys who are good at that part of the build are not trying to do too much, and it is a full time business.

as for the hours in the job ??? ummm allot most in the last 2 months. i think the last 2 week there were 5 guys working on it for 8 hours a day...so ill let you do the math.

WILL it be at SEMA??? only if someone wants it in their Booth, any takers?

surreyBoy we'll paint your camaro!

Comp-spec what did you expect.......

We wish we could make it to Columbus... but i really don't have time to drive 4 days there and 4 days back. we had thought about it but i guess if the customer wanted to cover the cost then maybe, you guys think it would be worth it to go ?
it will definatly be at the Puallup show and possibly one of the california shows

as for SEMA it will go if it will be in a booth.....any body know of any one looking for a car in their booth???

Best part about it was that it got sunny when it was time to leave.......... and i'll be damned if i was putting it back in the trailer!!!!! NO WAY so we drove it home the first real drive had it out on a little cruze last weekend but this was the deal 25 miles back to the shop on the freeway. man this thing drives nice it's soooo funny you would think it was a cop car........ NO one would pass me just blown away. i must say the ls2 from Turn KEy Engines makes good power, 500 on the dyno and man with 4.56 rear gears and the 6 speed its FUNNNNNNN. it sounds so good at 6500 rpm is 4th gear. woops going a little fast now hahahahah

the newest 66 nova we are starting has a 520 inch all aluminum Donavan that made 850 on the dyno!!!!! woohooo that wont be much fun will it now.

we have a photo shoot for a couple mags tomorrow and wait till you see those pics!!

This car is absolutely amazing! I really like the way it manages to stand out of the "crowd" with that look. The colour is daring and that is very nice, it matches the car so beautifully.

That second Nova sounds really nice. With this Nova in mind i can't wait to see the other one.
