Does anybody offer a cast manifold or a well built shorty header to mount trubos on besides the truck manifold mod for the LS style engine>?

I believe Jeff at http://www.schwartzperformance.com/products.htm has one coming in a cast manifold.

Nelson Racing has a very nice tubular header for the LSX engines

Thanks for the information.I asked Jeff but he never replied. Probably a ways off. The Nelson piece.......most of his stuff is pretty pricey...are those your headers and what does he get for them?

How are the turbos normally supported with a header like that. On a Gen 1 Camaro they are kinda hanging out in mid air.

I'll build a simple support rod for the turbo back to the engine.

Tom makes his stuff out off 321 stainless. He was charging over $3,000 per set, I think it was actually $3400 or $3500 per pair.

Boost Performance in the UK makes a set.

For pricing just double the UK price and you have the price in USD. If you want I could talk to Mike and see if he can swing you a better deal.

You guys really came through...I like the nelson stuff but in time I am sure they will need replacement as all stainless cracks in time. The boost performance looks good enough to make a 1000hp...how much does a guy really need :) I did not know they existed. Looks much like the cast small block gen 1 pieces now available. Thanks.
