Beautifull car! But blower whine and shifter movement too much.

The blower whine was a bit much but the shift "jerks" are because its a manual car not an automatic.

I'd like to see the numbers too becasue this is very similar to my plan for my 70 Barracuda... but I'm going 5.7 L

Trust me my friend - i do know its manual. Cudas trans is T56 wich could use short throw shifter. I had the same "3 feet" stocker until i changed it hurst. Much better.

That was awsome. I too thought the blower whine was a little much. Any how, it is still an awsome car.

Is it not the sound of the "waste gate" (pop off valve ?) that is making that hissing sound as it gets rid of built up boost between shifts etc ?

yeah but that thing was whining at idle. It should be that easy to hear it.
