View Full Version : Twin Turbo headers
Got my TT headers from Nelson Racing Engines. They are 321 stainless and the flanges and mounts are a half inch thick. They are silcon bronze welded and TIG'd on the outside AND inside. They have 25 degree merge collectors and 1 3/4 primary tubes and are dead sexy.

Are you tuning yourself?? You should easily make close to 1200 hp on 93 octane. That motor will handle a good 18 psi or so on pump gas. The power might not come on untill the higher rpm though due to the huge .96 AR housings.
If you ever have any tuning questions, I would love to help offer advice to turn that thing into a serious dyno queen!!
Those headers look sweet!!

Oh man those look nice. Those looks like they would allow an AC compressor without any problems. I live down in South GA so I will need tomake sure I have AC if I want to enjoy my car. LOL

Do you have fixtures to make headers like these for an LSX based engine? I would guess these would cost upwards of $2000 or so right?

They almost cost that in material! 321 is NOT CHEAP. I speak this from experience. :faint:
I have about $1400 in 321 material in my LSX headers, and that was making double slip fit collectors myself! :willy:

Those Are Really Nice, high Quality Pieces..car Is Definately A Bad Boy..how Close Is The Master Cylinder To The Pipes??????
It's close, but it clears. The MC will have to be run at the manual brake angle.

The headers look killer, but are you trying to make it harder on Tom Sullivan who is doing the CGI rendering of your car???
They are a really nice addition.

That is some nice work, I hope some attention goes into the heat factor on the P/S pump and hydroboost and master cylinder on the completed project, It could get scary.......

I second that.
Also where is the flange for the wastegates going to go?
The wastegate flanges haven't been placed yet, I haven't decided where I want them.
