1969 Prodigy built Pro Touring Convertible

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For Sale. Fresh completed Pro Touring 69 Camaro convertible. Prodigy Customs just finished the conversion of a previously nice restored car 4 moths ago. All the suspension, drivetrain, interior, everything on the car for that matter are new except the paint and top.

Drivetrain:

The entire drivetrain is brand new including a brand new (not used) crate LS1 Corvette motor, a brand new (not used) 4L60E crate transmission, The installation was done using every Street and Performance component avaiable with no expense spared. Everything is bought polished, including all brackets, mounts, pulleys, radiator, coated headers, etc. Street and performance supplied the new (not used) ECM and wiring. The rest of the car was completely rewired with American Autowire's Classic update. The original rear was rebuilt with all new guts including Eaton Posi, axles and 3.73 gears.

Suspension and Brakes:

Global West front to rear, everything they sell including arms, Frame connectors, leafs, and adjustable QA1s front and rear. Brakes are Wilwood front and rear with a doubler power brake booster. Wheels are Budnik 17s with 255s? (gotta check) all around.

Interior:

Covans dash, Ultra lite gauges, new dash pad, all new houndstooth interior, door panels, carpet, Electric Life power windows and power locks with key fob.

Other features:

Smooth Firewall
New dual exhaust
Marquez tail lights
DSE headlights
New complete RS Grill set up (works)
Nice Sound system with self contained sub, XM radio
Polished IDidIt column
Momo sterring wheel
Ceramic coated hood hinges, latches, etc.
Hot Rod A/C through the factory dash
Refinished trunk

I like to give very accurate descriptions. The car was built as a driver first, a casual Saturday night cruise show car second. It drives fantastic and with everything absolutely new, is 100% dependable. The engine is untouched, virgin stock, and runs strong. The car left our shop and went straight on a 200 mile trip with no problems. The Lemans Blue paint is probably 5 years old and is nice, but not as fresh as the rest of the car. It is a show car at 5 feet. If someone is real fussy the paint could scuff and shoot very easy. The body is straight and there are no major rust issues. The power top is white and is in good shape but a bit dingy, again, if you are real fussy you may replace it with a brighter new top. We decided for this guy the top would stay down and be a emergency use only item, so we left it.

The owner thinks the car is great, but he has a short attention span. He has already done some trips in it, it's been to the clubhouse, local shows, all the friends have seen it, time for the next toy.

He is in it very deep because he bought a very nice car, then bought all the best parts, then had us put it together, so he will be taking a hit at $70k. The owner does not need the money, The price is firm. For a convertible, with all that is done to it, you surely could not build it for that.

The car is located in Orlando, Florida. Contact Frank at Prodigy Customs [email protected] or call four zero seven 832 1752 for more information or appointment to view.
