Guys, thought you'd be interested just to see the welding, and appreciate the amount of work that has gone into this piece.... 14 hours of welding

Nice! I grew up idolizing the guys the built the factory 2-Stroke expansion chambers back in the day......especially the MotoGP teams.

As Donny mentioned the fab and fit is where all the effort is. :thumbsup:

Vince, EXACTLY ... I was not happy with the 'standard' tubing as it was not up to par with this motor ...

Steve, is the new one a larger diameter than the old one?

Chris, no its the same 4" sizing as the old tube.
Just want to clarify one thing, as much as I'd like to take credit for making this thing ... I only WISH I could TIG like that, it was built by my exhaust guy that does serious custom exhausts in my area.
