What is this Equus (Mustang)

The car looks pretty good and I am not Mustang purist but does the side profile look actually like a 67 Fastback.

from what I read on yahoo, Equus is a south korean company. They are getting the 67/68 mustang fastback bodies from a china remanufatory.
