here are a few shots of 1 of about 87 projects i have goin on.

its a 78 K5 blazer that i managed to pick up for "free" with no motor/trans/t-case.... but an almost perfect rust free body.

i added a bunch of parts i had layin around to make it 2wd, threw in a TPI 350 i had sittin under the bench and a TH350. inside is rino lined in a similar color to what the int will be, been workin on this "after work" for the last couple months.

I'll give you 5 bucks for it since you got it for free. Great project, I am a huge fan of this vintage of Chevy (truck and blazer and suburban)

yes, the whole thing will be the green, its a bench mix bc/cc to come close to hok lime gold kandy over planet green...but with it being a regular bc/cc, its easy to fix(it is gonna be a driver afterall)

the wheels are 20x8.5 eagle 025's in chrome, they were "cheap" and easy to keep clean...untill the chrome starts falling off...then i will find something else cheap.

Reminds me of my 72 truck from years gone by.

Are you going to run a soft top or put the other back on?

I guess I low balled you on the 5 buck offer, you are going to have a really nice ride when you get finished. It doesn't look like there is much rust if any in the body and it looks pretty straight, I would say you lucked out. What other projects do you have going?

Looks good for a "FREEEEEEEEEBE" (said in deep Monster Garage Voice). I'm lookin to pickup a old (69-72) Checy s/b as a daily driver.

very sweet, love those trucks, damn near indestructable.
My brother had a 78 K5 blazer. He redid the interior, and motor and made it a mud truck, sure was a blast, until the idiot he sold it to (friend of his) got it stuck in 4 feet of mud and icewater :faint: oh well can't keep them all.
