Does anyone know of anyone that makes custom seat sliders. I'm looking for a set for my GTO seats. I tried calling Wedge Engineering but was very unimpressed with the guy I talked to. He didn't seem to want to give me the time of day and told me he got out of making custom sliders. I felt like I had completely interrupted his day.
Even if I could find a set that were long enough, I would make them work. I want some that are double locking and that will fit a front to back bolt pattern of 14 7/8" if anyone knows of any that are long enough. If I can find some, I will make a bracket for them to fit the floor.
Thanks in advance.

Not quite the answer you are looking for but I did a story for GM High Tech Performance that might give you some ideas if you decide to tackle it yourself. I worked with Joe Marko at HMS Motorsports on this story and tried to pack as much tech into the story as I could. All the work was done in my home garage with a MIG welder and basic fab tools.

John...thanks for posting that link. Will come in handy when I start making some brackets.
And thanks to Tracy for hooking me up with one of his suppliers. I ordered a set of sliders today that will need very little mods to make them work.
