If you want to be really unique, you should look into the Grizwald station wagon sitting next to the Willys.

Our client loves the look of this car. He is of the baby boomer generation and he believes that the Willys is a true muscle car and has lines like no other vehicle out there.

I love that body style. One of the first car pictures I ever taped to the wall in my room.

Alright! Update on the 1941 Willys build.

We are moving forward with the body work for the car today. Our client wants to be able to go out to shows and not to know whether they are looking at a steel bodied car or a fiberglass car. So we know that we are going to have our work cut out for us smoothing out this body.

Our first step is to mock up the engine and tranny for fitment and then we are moving on to notching out the rear wheel opening for clearance.

Update on the Willys! The techs have been busy at work with the body fabrication and repairs.

So far they have finished the fab work on the rear wheel wells, finished the blocking, got the rear license plate opening cut in and they are working on getting the Harwood scoop installed.

Lots of progress on the Willys!

Mike has the vehicle in Raderal and is blocking the body.

We also have put the body back on chassis so we can test fit the front clip.

The raderal coat and block sanding will assure that our client is getting the straightest body possible from us.

Update 8-3-12. We have completed all the necessary body work on the Willys. The undercoating has been applied and we have moved the vehicle into the booth where Dan is masking it off for primer.

Once it is primed we will block the vehicle and get it ready for paint.

The vehicle is going to be painted House of Kolor Tangelo with orange ghost flames going from the front to right behind the doors.
