I would like to obtain a clean straight subframe for my 68 Camaro.

It would be nice to have a spare to sandblast, modify some and then hang the good stuff on and make the swap.

Shipping is a buzz kill on these so I think I will stick to road trip radius but please let me know what you have.

Thanks,

Robert

I have a spare subframe I pulled from my old 68 years ago. It does not have any rust issues. I sandblasted it, had the seams welded and the upper control arm mount removed, modified and reinstalled, aka Guldstrad-Mod. The frame sits in DuPont epoxy primer right now. Unfortunately, I am in the Memphis, TN area. I plan to put it up for sale here very soon, so I thought I would throw it out there. Like you said, though, shipping would be a buzz kill:(

To bad shipping cost to much. I have a clean powder coated first Gen subframe I thought I was going to use and its been sitting for about 7 months in storage. No mods have been done to it and its just the frame, no suspension or steering.:(
