I need some CNC work done. I need all my brackets cut for my 4 link and shocks and watts link. I have autocad software so everything is already done I just need to email them to someone and give them some money and they send me some parts. Anybody know of a shop that does good work or can anybody here do this? If you can PM me or email me and I'll send you a couple of designs I have finished and you can give me a quote.

Thanks,
Trey

Yea I def have to have some custom brackets or make do with some universal ones. I have to put everything in between the frame rails for tire clearance and still have to have room for watts link stuff.

Just print up the dimensioned parts and take them to any machine shop. You dont need a CNC machine to create most parts, and with times as tough as they are you can shop around and find a shop that needs the work and will work with you on price.

Im assuming they are just 2d parts. If so you can contact any local laser cutter or waterjet facility and have them cut out for you.

I can't, deployed till april and need to have them waiting on me when I get back. Have a show to be at in July and need to completely build and tune/work the bugs out before then.

Some of them are 3d type stuff, but I could probably break them down to 2d and then weld them up later.

If you break them down to 2d you will save yourself a big chunk of change.
You can weld them up and sand then smooth and they will look great.

If you want I can help you. Just let me know.

Sure, this is what I've got so far. Top and bottom shock mounts, along with rear 4 link mounts, next up is watts link stuff.

From those images, I would make them 2d flat stock and have them laser cut.

I've found alot of universal stuff that is very similar to what I'm designing but it's allf for 3" axles, mine are 3.33". How hard would it be to make them work. What's the price difference from what I'm talking about doing to buying the universal stuff, what I'm really asking is it worth however much more it is to get them made rather than making some other brackets work?

Autocad skillz now at level 7, lol. But seriously I'm kinda startin to like it. It's not all perfect by any means. I've learned a ton this last week since that's pretty much all I've been doing. Nothing left now but the watts link.
