View Full Version : GMP Diecast 1:12 Earnhardt C5-R
This isn't mine, but I thought I'd share it anyways. The detail was incredible! :hail:
Thats sick, I got to ask how much $ if you dont mind. I know the 1:18 ones are about 150, and are gorgeous models.
Thanks
Tim
Tim, they're not cheap...

I gotta tell ya guys, this is by far one of the most amazingly detailed models you could ever by. Literally there's over 800 parts, rubber hoses, door handles work, magnetic closing doors, fuel lines, brake lines, carbon fiber everywhere, real knock off wheels, etc...I could go on forever. The model comes with an owners manual, and jackstands. I think there are even display stantions. When you hold it in your hands you can't beleive the weight of this thing. If you're a Vette guy and you don't have one - you're not a Vette guy. I can't stand Corvettes for the most part (I like very few of them, I'm not a Vette Guy) but I'm buying one of these beauties just to have it it's that ridiculously detailed. Anyways, enough of that. Yeah I work there, no I'm not pushing the model. This will blow away any Vette model on the planet and I say that because I look at 'em everyday. They're just sick.
my 2 cents,
John

I would love to have one of those  , but I would rather have one of THESE (http://www.diecast.org/diecast98/html/asp/list_reviews/xq/ASP/id.1336/qx/reviewpix.htm) the "Museum Masterpiece" 1:12 Scale 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible. The brake pedals make the tail lights light up :wow: !!!
Actually I would like to have both :D . Maybe someday when I actually have some money  .
