Hey guys, i'm 21, and i'm a car builder i guess, i'm building my second frame off modified vehicle, some info is here:
http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=25645

My first vehicle is 70% done, which is a off road machine, 1990 f150, with a custom center link/trac bar, boxed frame, and mostly just a really well thought out lifted restored truck, all i have left is putting the suspension back together, finishing off the final touches on the frame, and assembally.
it has a newer cab from a 96 (different fire wall) and all new body panels, painted and RTG.

All my work is done in my drive way, so i guess i'm not that well off, so dont think i'm some spoiled rich kid with a dad that helps me.(i should add my lovely girlfriend helps me out alot, and is responsible for getting me the truck in the first place) I've done all my past vehicles with only minor help along the way, starting from when i was 16 and got my first car, but that wasnt the beginning. No, the beginning was when i was 9 and did a frame off on my 1973 honda mini trail, that how ever, i got help from my dad lol

Anyways, i belong to ALOT of forums, seeking help, advise, and general discousion about ideas and knowledge from others. I hope this is a warm, welcoming active forum. thanks for your time.

Bob

this is my trans am, i cut down on costs of building this car by starting off with a wreck for $1300 with no drive train, as i was the second set of hands for this to go through with the salvage title

this is the truck after i got it street-able/legal and before i did the frame off

heres another car me and my girlfriend did

i grafted a Cougar lip kit to the bumper, and got my own personal taste done to a set of beretta rims

And the crem-della-crem of my art work, was my first car, with a paint job that i did, and colors i chose, i'll give a E-cookie to who ever can guess the color, or close too

my driving nor my lack of abilities to drive wrecked this car, but someone else who ran a light and hit me only 6 months after the painful paint process, and only days before winter storage

I have more cars to show....?
I also have loads of other stuff i've done, and do. i guess you could say i'm slightly mechanically inclined haha. I do polishing of aluminum parts, and i'm damn good at it, i'm getting into doing port work this summer, i've always wanted to build a gas powered 2 wheel drive skate board with 8" wheels, that i'm slowing gathering parts for. I've built a 1/6 scale R/C truck, with 4 way independant suspension, and a plywood body (i had alot of help with building the frame when i was 15 from a family friend) this thing was sweet with a 5 hsp techumsi motor. And, well, cant think of to much more that i've done with my short life on this planet. i've bought and sold a couple of cars that were write-offs, and others with only a need for a new drive train.

for anyone who's reading this, i really need help with my other thread linked up top! i've hunted down a few rear ends so someone help me with that! Thanks

Bob
