So who on here is going to Pleasanton? The owner of the green Chevelle will have the car down there. I am planning on going Saturday.

I will be there with the Gearhead Garage crew in their booth area. We have 3 non-69 1st gens representing them. :D Meeting up with my buddy and his 69 Chevelle.
We sold the shop Mustang (to build a Camaro!)but we'll be there hanging out with some of our customers on Saturday.

You sold that awesome maroon 70 Stang?! :( Mind sharing how much? if not, no sweat. :)
Lets just say, less than I was offered a year and a half ago, before the economy really tanked! But enough to finance the next shop project. BTW, looking forward to checking out your car this weekend.

Will love to see what you put together for a 1st gen after what you did with that 70 Stang. It was the little things and how the whole package came together on that car that really impressed me. I talked a lot with one of my designer friends who saw the car at both Good Guys and the Cow Palace show and we kept referencing your car when trying to make decisions with mine. Kudos to you.
Thanks, and definitely stop by and say hello!

Thanks, I really appreciate the compliments. Were in the planning stages on the Camaro and have just started bodywork, but have some different ideas were working on, especially in the paint dept.

Thanks, the car went to a collector out of state. Last I heard he was putting together an Inglese fuel injected stroker for it!

Stop by and say to our group in the Young California building (next to the swap meet area right off of Bernal Ave) with the Gearhead Garage display and 5 cars. 3 Camaros and 2 Chevelles.
Had a good time today checking out the show with pops. Got to meet Mike and Flash as well. Super cool guys! Killer cars too...wish mine was there to play. As soon as I got home I had to go "get gas"...haha. We need to get together soon and meet up for a cruise or something.

Sounds like a plan to me. That auto crossing is a lot of fun. First time I ever did it. My car's much better than my driving.
