We had a customer buy a Rolling chassis for his 57 Chevy. He bought the LS7 but couldn’t afford all the other components to put the power to the ground. He came down and I scared the crap out of him with my 57 Chevy Black Widow (LS1 headers and a lively cam) and talked him into a similar LS1, prepared transmission, custom cam, built torque converter, stainless headers, stainless fabricated exhaust with x pipe, custom gas tank, pump, and lines. The works and parts (including the motor and transmission) traded for the LS7 and a happy customer in the long run.
The motor was bought new back a year ago. When the motor got to my shop I pulled the intake and manifolds and taped the cylinder ports right then. You can see the masking tape on the front cylinder because once a month I’d get someone not believe me that the heads were ported from the factory, so I’d peal it off to show them.
So you get the crate LS7, the beauty covers, the new factory oil tank and the new oil lines all shown in the photos. For $10,500.00

Hey thanks alot Russell. Looking forward to getting it here and into our pro-touring 69 Camaro. We'll take it done and build it up to about 650 horse.

Thanks again Mike @ The Rodshop Inc.
