OK so we are in the header business now and will be able to offer you guys some killer headers that fit for a great deal. We have teamed up with a huge SS header company to build headers for our industry. They will be top notch and should fit most applications. My question to you guys is let me know what applications you would like to see.

I'd like to see some Ford stuff like for 4.6L and 5.4L for going into Mustangs, Fairlanes and Galaxies
Can't speak for everyone else, but I am planning on my build being a twin-turbo LS7........so that's my vote!

Chris this is too easy...
LS 1-2-3-7 Stainless headers wich have PLENTY of clearance for stock plug boots and low ground clearance.
Fitment for most well known subframes ; Stock,AME,DSE..
Primarys(long tubes) for spesific engines and header flanges 7/16".
Thats it and my money comes in to your pockets:woot:

Somthing for the G-body with an LSx or LTx conversion. A header that doesn't need a little hammer work to fit would be nice.

Chevy II long tube Tri-y for most after market subframes. 1 3/4 and 1 7/8 primaries. 3/8 plus flange! LS motors and of course small block :hail:

I also agree, Long tube 1 3/4 smallblock headers for 1st generation S10's would be great. There are no options on the market for them that fit within in the confines of the frame.

I think a set of headers for te 67-72 c10 crowd. Nathan porter from Porterbuilt street rods is selling the crap out of his "Dropmember" which converts the steering to rack and pinion. By switching to the rack and pinion it has really almost eliminated the possibilities for headers without custom fabrication. Maybe if you were able to build a set of headers that can be used with or without the rack and pinion for LSx motors that is a huge market to appeal too. I would think that 3/4 length would be the best bet so those who are slammin there truck can still use them. That is just my opinion though.

Chris I want a nice tight fit (ground clearance) 572 header! If your going to have these you have a sale. I want to support the forum sponsors as much as I can

I think all the choices you have in the poll are great. If I had one thing to ask for, it would be ground clearance. Even if it meant an oval collector to go into an oval exhaust system. Every little bit helps. If I had a second thing to ask for, it would be an affordable price:D . Unfortunately, quality and affordability don't always go hand in hand. Good luck, keep us posted.

There's no really good 3/4 length header out there for GM A-bodies with old-school small-blocks running angle plug aftermarket heads (like AFRs). There are a ton of these cars out there and while some top-end mfrs make pricey long-tube headers, the ground clearance is minimal even at stock suspension height. A 3/4-length header (Hedman makes a nice one) would be a popular P/N, but even the Hedmans don't clear the most popular angle-plug heads. The plug wires end up right on the pipes and even with 'shorty' plugs, they're real close - too close for comfort anyway.

Lots of good input here, so lets get to the fun part, they will be manufactured from T-304 Stainless Steel and mandral bend for perfect flow. These will be very high end quality and now we have to figure out where we can price them to sell. I can not offer these as cheap as other companies but will be fair. Give me your inputs so we can take everything into consideration.
Some of the headers will be easier than others so that will reflect in the prices. Obviously we are going to start with the headers most asked for so the more votes one get over another the faster it will be out. We are working on 572 and LS for Camaro/Nova right now because we have them in the shop. More to come out very soon

Personally, I'd like a set of 1st gen Camaro, stock sub-frame, LS headers that are somewhere between a shorty and a long tube design. I'm not happy with long tube design collectors hanging down under the floor pan. It seems to generate a lot of interior / floor pan heat and I don't care for the look of them hanging down under the car.
I also like Jeff's idea of some type of oval collector if you decide to go with a long tube design.
