Not bad at all Kris. The detail in those wheels are killer. I still amazed how many people look at your renderings at first glance and think they are real.

I wish. :D Unfortunately I don't get a chance to reply to all the e-mails I get before they get washed away in a new flood of e-mails. I try to keep up, but it's tough. If you still have the e-mail handy, send it to me again if you can. If not, let me know who the e-mail came from (e-mail address or name) and I'll see if I can find it.

To everyone else, glad you dig the new work. The '69 model I did originally was due for retirement, especially since I have improved a bit and knew I could do it better.

Kris...will you be revisiting your '67-'68 renderings?

Just curious.

Kris Horton
08-09-2005, 11:52 AM
Chances are pretty good that I will. I am finishing up current 67-68 projects on my old model and next time someone hires me to do one, I will start it from scratch.

Sounds as though my next 67-68 customer might be Mr. Rupp, so it's all on you Steve!

Hey Kris, I sent a email to you but it got kicked backed saying over quota or something. I was just curious on your fees for doing a '69 Camaro. Thanks

So, how bout that phone call? Penny's pretty much looking how she's gonna look, right? For the record, and this could be damning evidence, I did that Camaro rendering that Scott posted in roughly 2 days. Simply because the mods were already established, and there were no changes half-way through. Penny can be done this weekend dude...just think about it. :unibrow:

No pressure!

:willy: ATTENTION!!!!
Someone go to Kris' house and check on him! I believe someone has kidnapped him and stolen his idenity. I know Kris did not type the above message. I mean it sounds almost like a challenge or something! :D
J/K, his work really has improved. I know my car was way out of the ordinary but he nailed it. If fact, looking at the rendering and now the pictures, they are damn close.

No, I have not been trying to call you, heck I owe you money now-LOL
I think Frank was trying, but I made an executive decision on which way to go with the front paint. We were having trouble deciding where to break the red/silver up front around the grill. Got it though.
Call me or email me with the final package and a bill.
Thanks,

Kris Horton

Since I've finally picked a color for my car that's not going to change I need to get a new rendering I believe. Since you've gotten even better that's the push I needed!

Haha, plans! Good one. Like I have a social life? Married to my work...but it's a labor of love. So I guess it's not a loveless marriage. If the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse ride down your street, it's a sign that I've made plans other than working.

Just resend it if you get a chance. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I don't always get a chance to get back to everyone and I try not to ignore any requests that come my way.

6Z, I've been responding to all the e-mails I've been getting over the past few days. Who should it be coming from? It may have been caught by my junkmail filter or something. If all else fails, send me a PM on this site, that should work. I'm really sorry!
