great pics Ken. Mine is done other than bolting in the passenger seat (bracket should be here Tuesday or Wednesday), wheel swap (will be here Wednesday) and tuning. That's great that Scott isn't really having the "new car" bugs, thing is already sorted out. Power Tour will be a blast.

Thanks Ken! It was a great time! I believe there was 1000 to 1100 cars there? I took like 2 pics the whole weekend, I wish I would have taken pics of your car. I also didn't get a chance to take pics of the mid engine 67 Mustang.

The award was for one of the top 10 Street Machines of the show. It was pretty cool. It's too bad that the rain came late Saturday because that night would have been awesome on the Dells Parkway. I'll definitely be back next year.

The car drove great, no issues at all. On the highway going 75, I got 22mpg, and the overall mileage with a bunch of town driving, in and out of the car show, screwing around Friday night on the Parkway, it got 20mpg. I'm happy with that. In total, I put 370 miles on it. The car rides great - firm but not harsh, the Corsa mufflers are awesome, cruising down the road at 75, you can't even hear them. After about an hour of driving, my 7 year old son fell asleep for about 15 minutes. lol

My wife took a quick video of us driving down the interstate, gives you an idea of the stance.

Next trip: Power Tour. :woot:

Thanks!

I still need to get some 'fun' video sometime. I've just been so busy I haven't had a chance to get that done.

I also need to get some pics of the interior now that it's all together. The belts that I got from Frank at Prodigy are kick ass.

Definitely. After the Power Tour, I'll take it to a few test and tune nights and see how it does. It's not going to ET but I'm hoping for decent MPH.

No sound, all you could hear was the radio in my wife's Outlook, so I removed the sound. I gotta work on more video... who wants to run the camcorder? :D

Thanks! It's a weird feeling not having a huge list of things that need to be done. The last few weeks I've been focused on dialing out any little issues and just getting miles on it before the Power Tour. After having every last nut, bolt, and wire out of the car, it takes a bit to build confidence in the car. Not that I was expecting something to fail... but that I always kept thinking... did I tighten every last bolt. lol A paint marker would be handy, a person could mark each bolt after it has been torqued/retorqued, like the OEM's do.

Good to hear Scott...yeah it should put down some killer mph! I would guess around 121-123 or so. What about getting a set of drag tires for the rear so you can really lay it down on the launch???
