Some nice looking GTO's as well.

If there was someone local who could help with shipping I would probably take a stab at a toolbox or two...

Although every forum on the internet is probably linked to this auction so I expect there to be a bunch of action.

Imagine the bidding action if they were to give 10% of each auction total to a fund to pay back the original customers who lost their $ and cars... This one seems to be one of the few closeout auctions that has the possibility to make money, not just liquidate unwanted stock.

If you call racketeering embezzling million$ from 100s of people then yes, they were doing quite well.

Wonder what happened to the bike they had American Chopper build for them? Did Shelby end up with it?

just shows how tough it is to mass produce muscle cars. these guys had the sponsors, they had the tools & the money, but at the end of the day you have to make your customer happy. and you cant buy that.

They got busted title washing and changing the vins on cars.So every mustang on that site has no vin on it at all and only way to get it licensed is as a kit car.Yes that one car was a real Shelby but with the vin cut off it its worthless now.

Theres some decent stuff there....tool boxes....car trailer....

I dont like the 25% up front deposit before you bid crap.....

It would be nice to show up and bid on stuff once you can really look at it...

Wouldn't mind bidding on some tools and equipment but not going to be worth taking a weeks vacation for. With as much exposure as this thing is getting I can only imagine how many people will be there.

after looking at all the stuff they had, it seems like they werent out to scam as much as they really didnt know how much it costs to run such an operation. They should have started off small and expanded as profits allowed, i guess the exposure just carried everything out of their hands.

Read this site http://www.fixeleanor.com/ his was the base model but for 120 grand and has that many problems id shoot someone and he bought his in 03 and got it in 04 they always where shady from what i can tell.At first Shelby dropped his name from them they started to go under and then got busted title washing and changing the vin numbers on the cars.I feel bad for the workers there last 2 weeks they never got paid for and there 401k are empty someone got rich off them.

Some good deals on tools and such. I wonder how much work it's going to be to get those shells registered. I can't believe people paid that much for all the framed magazine cover wall art.
