My .02!

I like them both! LOL!

I think it really comes down to the look that you're going for! #1 is a more euro/now kind of look whereas #2 is a more classic look. What kind of look are you going for?

Well, I totally see what you mean, I just still have love for that 5 spoke wheel, the look im going for, would be more of a pro-touring look. I plan to do wheels, roll cage and change some stuff in the interior. :)

I pretty much just want to start enjoying my car, and start burning off some off that newness...if you know what I mean.:D

Paul, my pick is number one and here is why. almost every car has 5-spokes on them. It is refreshing to have a car with a different wheel than a 5-spoke. Second, the color and finish tie in the color and finish of the engine compartment and the underside. Those wheels would totally look cool on that ride. If you want, I will photoshop them in so you can see.

A side note, I was the freelance PHR photog that you met in Joliet this summer.

Hey Robert, Hope all is going well.:) Glad you joined the site!

Here is a picture of the car with a 10 spoke wheel, which looks pretty cool.

But I still dig the 5 spokes like both Scott and Jr's car's have

I like the first one better. Though both are nice. Always been more of a 10 spoke fan.

Ultimately it will come down to what you really like best. I like #1 best:thumbsup: , but 2 isn't bad either, even though the 5 spoke design is used by most in one way or another. DPE is used alot by BMW owners and i think # 1 will give the car a little of some european flavor on a real american classic.Let us know which one you decide on.

Maybe this would be a better way of deciding!

My reaction to seeing new wheels on Pauls car:

#1 - OOOOOOOO! Nice wheels

#2 - WHOA! Nice wheels!

#1 makes me feel like it would give your car a smoother, sleeker appearance!

#2 makes me feel like your car is tougher!

What kind of reaction to you want from it?

Thanks John! :) I think Im looking for the more tough reaction, Im really going to start putting the miles on it and hopefully do some auto-crossing in the future.

Maybe this would be a better way of deciding!

I vote for #1. With the engine bay color, new roll bar and darker interior itwill look killer! I take it the whole reason for putting more money/time into the car is that you want a tuffer look...this will give you that!!

You say you want a PT look? I would say that's what you have now. What I understand you want is more of a g-machine look...but not totally street fighter.

Going to be some cool changes to an already killer car!!

Definitely # 1. I remember seeing in person the Mopar done by Steve Strope "Hammer" with similar style Kinesis wheels and it looked awesome.

Exactly Anthony, I really am just looking for the g-machine look. Im not going to get into any front or rear spoilers, or any outside body mods, just what to match the g-machine look I have going on under the hood to the rest of the car.

Wow as tough as a decision as this should be, and i know you want a g-machine look its really hard to beat what you have on it now. This car really oooooozes its own style in a sweet ass way, and with the way the rest of the car is styled after, with the interior and stance well everything id say. drive the wheels off of it the way it is.
But if you where to choose! then the satin is a sweet idea to match the engine, maybe a forgeline or a few more spokes in the wheel.
good luck cant wait to see the end result.
