OK, it's a little long... but Strope likes to chat. Here's the blue '72 Torino at SEMA.

That's a really cool car. Glad I got to see it up close.

I just love hearing all the little tricks and tips that go into these cars. Amazing looking car and an amazing build.

As an aside, I like how V8TV takes the time to run through all the trick little details that you wouldn't notice right off and take video where you can really study the car and get a feel for how it all works together. They don't show a thousand little 3 second clips that pan way too fast for you to appreciate the car. Way to go guys.

I'll agree, the renderings don't do this car justice looks great and has an awesome stance to it. Spiffav8 your city did a great job in hosting the show.

cool interview, I like Steve. I hope you guys are watching all of Kevins interviews, we're lucky he has connections with these guys and can see an informal interview to give a look into what makes them tick.

Thanks Kevin.

Thanks for doing the interview Kevin!! I really liked the car and took some time to walk around it but boy do you miss a lot! It really helps to hear from the builder what all went into it!!

This was at the top of my "Must see" list. I didn't get top catch up with Steve but looked the car over - very nice. It's always nice to see somebody do something that's different. In true Strope fashion, it's different, clean, and full of nice details. Very cool.

Steve Strope is another Chip / Troy in the auto world. I meet him at the 2000power tour when he had the Challenger X there. My friend and I didn't know who he was at the time we were just asking some questions about the car, and he walked all through the car as if we were some magizine editors or something just a all around nice guy. That Torino is also a wicked car and one of my many favs at SEMA

I obviously like to see some new ideas and directions come to life. I also understand how long it takes to build something like this, so I don't think a 1-minute interview does the car, the builder, or the enthusiasts justice. We have some more long interviews coming from SEMA with John Parsons, Jason Huber, Mike Staveski, Kenny Davis, and alot more. Glad you like 'em!
