Does this build belong to anyone here?

Well, I haven't posted here in a LOOOONG time! I decided to back out of my touring 68 fastback project and build a 66 cobra instead. But I was surfing the net the other day and came across this build on cardomain. Does it belong to anyone here? This is exactly what I was planning to build but in a 68 body style.

It is hacked up no doubt, but there is alot of functionality to it. I have also gone over the build several times. Hope we can see it completed.
