I have owned this car
since 12/01 and it is a factory LS-5 SS454 despite the
450HP (LS-6) plates. I bought the car pretty much the way you see it here
with the exception of the wheels. It has a NOM '70 454 block bored 30 over
with a pretty radical hydraulic cam topped by a worked Holley 750
double-pumper carb. A TH-400 trans with a shift-kit handles the power
through a GM 12-bolt posi w/4.10 gears.car has been lowered (Hotchkis springs
all around) and KYB gas shocks.Future plans
include new upper/lower control arms and possibly more
motivation under the hood. Don't really want to cut this car up since it
is a factory SS car. Original Cranberry Red car w/factory cowl hood.
