This car received a major transformation in the course of one year. First, car was stripped down to bare shell and structural repairs included both rear quarter panels, both floor pans, shock tower assembly, inner aprons, and rocker skins which were modified to drop down about 1 1/4 towards rear for lower appearance. All side marker holes were filled, antenna filled, rear bumper smoothed and rear valance reverse lights filled with radiused exhaust openings fabbed in. Rear taillights are LED with bezels that have been smoothed out.

All silver trim on car is painted Millennium silver with satin clear. Carbon fiber tail lamp panel was also made. The engine compartment received big block shock tower reinforcements welded in and smoothed, firewall was also filled and smoothed, Total Control strut tower braces and complete Wilwood triple master pedal assemblies installed.

The body and engine compartment were then sprayed Toyota red salsa pearl with steel grey powder coated trim on the outside. All glass was replaced with new smoked. The engine is a rev happy small block featuring around 475 horsepower before the throttle activated fogger N2O backed by Wilwood hydraulically activated Centerforce clutch and big block Top Loader.

Power is transferred to a narrowed 9 with Nodular third member and 3.89 gears with Moser 31 spline axles. Exhaust is 3 manderal bent Spintech with x-pipe Front suspension is Total Control with double adjustable coilovers and Steeroids rack and pinion with KRC pump. Rear suspension is Total Control G-bar 4-link. Also installed is Global West frame connectors modified to follow floor and frame contour better.

Wilwood brakes are on all corners. All stainless hydraulic lines have been run inside car and exited with bulkhead fittings at appropriate destinations. Budnik Cannon wheels 19x10 and 18x9 with BFG KDW tires complete the stance. Interior includes Year One bezel with Autometer gauges, complete American Autowire harness, Ididit column and Flaming River steering wheel, and a touchscreen dvd doubledin deck. Corbeau seats and harnesses installed with rear seat being factory foldown with dual N2O bottles mounted.

This car was built as a tribute to the Mach 1 I had in high school and to launch my new shop, East Bay Muscle Cars in Brentwood Ca. It made its debut at the Pleasanton Goodguys show and received the Mighty Mustang award which made the long days (and nights) worth it! I would like to thank my wife and daughter for their patience and support over the last year.
