Johnnie Williams 78 El Camino

78 el camino already has the SCAndC Stage ll kit up front with the aluminum arms and the lower arms are stock with the del-a-lum bushings.I have the SSBC rear disk brake kit still in the box. going in soon.Im waiting on Marcus's re worked rear sway bar for the g-bodies. As for the rear of the camino it has Iceman 2 way adjustable upper control arms with rod ends. The lowers are global west pieces with spherical frame side and del-a-lum axle side, the car/truck really handles good with this set up allthough I need to get new shocks for it.Seeing as its lowered 3.5" inches up front and 3" out back I will be going with the Hotchkis/Stiens up front and the re worked varishocks From SC&C which are 3" shorter fully extended out back.As far as it sitting this low It rides surprisingly smooth on the street thanks once again to SC&C . The rear shocks do bottom out on ocasion thats what I get for using (gasp) Kyb's Allthough not completly knocking the kyb's, they wouldnt be to bad going on to my wagon which wont be nearly as aggresive The wheel set up I have now is American Racing TT 2's 16x7 w/225/45/16 Falken Ziex up front 4" B.S. And out back 17x8 w/275/40/17's.Im really happy with the wheel set up,no clearance issues so that's the way i'll keep it for now.Body mods will include fiberglass cowl hood and fiberglass tail gate.I dont know what I want to do with the moldings yet.The cammed and re headed 350 is enough as far as forword motion goes.Oh and yeah Im goung to go with a stainless or aluminum gas tank and maybe put the filler neck in th bed
