Default LS7 Corvette Z06 CNC Cylinder heads w/ Patriot Extreme Spings, SS exhaust valves

SOLD

WHAT: Up for sale is COMPLETE set of GM LS7 heads from a 2008 Chevrolet Z06 Corvette. These are not your usual run of the mill take off or reconditioned parts. These heads were CNC machined ported then polished by Richard at West Coast Cylinder Heads in Reseda , California.

http://www.proheads.com/

In addition, the stock hollow exhaust valves have been replaced by FERA stainless steel units. To prolong the life of the stock Titanium valves ( and the new stainless exhaust valves) ALL valves were PVD coated to insure long life against the hard factory valve seats. These heads also recieved the Patriot Gold Extreme dual valve spring upgrade complete with titanium retainers. These heads have been milled 30 thousands ( 65 CC combustion chambers) to allow a DIRECT bolt on to stock LS7 motors using the stock 51 thousandths head gaskets ( or aftermarket gasket). I run 91 octane gas here in Denver with NO knock retard. most will run 92 premium at lower elevations.

With these heads on my 454 cu in LS7, the car recorded 572 RWHP and 538 RWTRQ at a corrected 5,800 elevation in Denver Colorado. Lower elevations should see even more HP/TRQ!

- New GM bare castings $1,800
- GM titanium exhaust valves $925.20
- GM exhaust seals $16.15
- GM keepers $12.48
- Ferra stainless exhaust valves $150
- PVD coating of 16 valves $520
-WCCH port/polish/milling $1,100
-Patriot Gold Extreme spring set $275
-Harland Sharp rocker upgrade $275

Total $5073.83

WHY AM I SELLING? I upgraded to an all-out LS7 head for my big cube LS7 motor. I bought the heads outright to prevent downtime with the car. Now these great units are available for direct bolt on to stock or modified motors.

CONDITION: 9/10. ONLY because they are not brand new, BUT they are in excellent shape. The only thing you may want to do before installation is a quick hot tank to clean them and maybe new seals, but the heads only have 6K miles on them. with only 4 track days and 4 pass 's down the drag strip.

SHIPPING: FREE in the continental USA. Packaging is also free.

I accept paypal, and certfied bank checks as payment.

Sure.....

intake flows essentially stock + a bit more 365 cfm or so ( I don;t have a graph for that)

The exhaust side flows quite a bit more to equal out the great GM CNC work on the intake side. Therefore, allowing you to make more power w/o running a cam with large overlap. ( mine was 242/248 on a 114 LSA, which was a bit big but smaller than most)

I've also included lifter pics...

Scoggin Dickey now sells the bare LS7 cores now for $995 each. no springs, no valves, No PVD coating or head work from WCCH.

these are a deal at $2600 shipped. just bolt them on to ANY stock bottom end LS 4.0" bore motor.
