Dump it. I've had more than a few Solid roller setups in my drag cars, only one in a street car. That one was my last. If your looking to drive this on the street for many miles go hydraulic. Big solid roller just means lots of time spent lashing valves and buying valve springs.

Oh, I disagree. Your roller may need to go based on its specs and powerband. But I do not find adjustment issues at all. The factory cars used to come with solid cams (no rollers), I have run uncountable amounts of solid cams in customer projects and in my own projects. I have not had the valve covers off my street racer in years which run a BIG roller.

A good lock set and girdle are your best friend. If nothing can loosen, then if you need adjustment, something is moving and you have a problem.

Now if your running the typical 104-108 lobe center mega lift drag race cam, as a general rule your probably going to be much happier with a 110 to 114 LC camshaft and you probably want to tame the lift a bit from what you may run on the dragstrip to preserve spring life. There is a huge difference in how long a spring last one quarter mile at a time vs street miles with extended heat cycles. And having to change springs will mean you have to remove the rockers which means...........yes, you will be adjusting them.
