I just included a much better link on the car and based on quotes from Ruf in it, I don't doubt RUF doesn't use any Porsche parts. They have officially been a vehicle manufacturer since '81.

Yes & No

Their Home shop is here in Tampa (Immaculate place - they are restoring 2 Porsche IndyCars for Porsche right now)

In the Summer, they run the GT3 Canada Cup and I believe they have a building at a Porsche Dealership there.
