So you registered here just to sell your Mercedes? :_paranoid
We really need a rule where you need at least 10 posts to sell stuff..
Nice car though..

I think anyone with less than 10 posts should not be able to sell their stuff on our site.this site as well as PT.com is kick ass due to only having commited members and not fly by nite guys trying to unload their stuff at their convenience!!!!

Put me in the camp of not putting in a post minimum restriction on For Sale posts. This is a car site and the car in question is IMO a really cool car.
I bought my Fairlane from Charlie Libby who was a first time poster on this forum, but also had 2 awesome cars in the member rides.
Obviously, if it becomes spam, then I could see the problem with it.

I think the reasoning behind a "post count minimum" is one of trust. We're a community and when you buy off the board you tend to give a bit more "benefit of the doubt" to a seller since he's a member. Obviously someone who only joined to sell a car isn't truly a contributing member of the board. Also, we could end up getting a slew of stuff for sale that really doesn't pertain to what the board is about.
In the posters defense maybe he's a board lurker that has been reading here for a long time and just now joined so he could sell his car. Maybe he's a car dealer just looking for free advertising. I dunno.
Other boards instate the minimum but the poster can contact a moderator for a waiver if the reasoning is good. Helps stop spamming and is still fair to the occasional lurker that comes out of the shadows to post.

Its not a real problem yet, but if it does then you should change it. But as said before, it is a cool car.

Those Brakes are better than anything offered in the pro touring market and are far from small. But listing it here is ridiculous. Any one looking for an E55 would not need to look hard as they are a dime a dozen.

I'm sorry but at those power levels it's not a 200 mph car like the poster claims. I also agree with Steve, posting on the forum for the first time to sell a car, very poor taste.

I am still trying to figure out how a bigger pulley on the supercharger increases the boost and resulting horsepower?

bigger lower pulley would up the boost.
