Too bad it's only gonna be 183". ;)

The core is from Banks(of course) for a 03 & up 6.0 powerstroke. It is about 39" wide and 16" tall. Some of the core is actually behind the bumper so it will end up with a fairly large cutout to get air in there.

that's not an intercooler, its a mutant George Foreman grill!

Insanely cool, and love the concept, keep on working!

Thanks guys!

Here in Cali it is nice to have a smog exempt vehicle. ;) Slim pickens when trying to find a Toyota chassis old enough and with a long enough wheelbase. I will post more pics when I actually have the engine mounted and some things cleaned up.

BTW: Here is the class I will be racing in. http://www.pscaracing.com/Rules/rules_05_wildstreet.html I don't really plan on competing with some of the class leaders. I just hope to get some 9 second slips on pump gas and maybe have to add a parachute on race gas. ;)

I am purposely going to run a larger than needed turbo. The class doesn't allow staged boost controllers so this will help control the launch on such a small radial. I am hoping to get the car to make full boost(35 psi) about 100 ft. out. Most of the guys in this class are running N20. They are also not allowed staged controllers but can engage it anywhere in the run.
