OK I'm thinking pretty hard about the mini tubs but the cost of everything is killing me. How would it look if I did'nt narrow the factory 12 bolt? any pics?

I saw this car at the 2006 Goodguys show in Scottsdale. It is one bad ride. That thing has got a Katech powered LS7 in it, with monster power.

iam running a 12 bolt because i refused to put any ford engineering under my camaro. i think with the mini tub kit wheels tires new gas tank and everything i spent around seven thousand. i think my rearend was around 53 inches .

i'm doing mini tubs without narrowing my rear end. you can still get a decent amount of lip on the wheels if you do the correct backspacing/offset, but not close to what you could have if you narrow the rear.

So you say this Camaro is running the stock length axle? Do you happen to know the wheel backspacing.

No 12-bolt. That car has a C4 rear. They were snapping half-shafts like mad after the LS7 swap.

I have the PHR with the feature still. One of my favorite cars for sure.

you mind sharing what offset and backspacing you are gonna run? what is the length of your rear end - 55 inches?

thanks

i am running stock width axle with 18x11.5 in rear with 7-3/4 bs but i would go 8 then use a spacer if needed, my wheels can be milled for more bs if needed
