View Full Version : ATS LS7 semi-dry sump oil pan

It is finally here- The all new LS7 semi-dry sump LS7 oil pan for the early model muscle car chassis. We just started shipping these this week and most of our clients have not even seen the engineering that went into designing the pan to work with the LS7 dry sump system.

Here is the internal oil tubes for the in\out to the oil tank:

You can see how we mandrel bent some -12AN lines to deliver the oil between the engine and oil tank just like factory (but with even better flow and larger passages) and the pick up is built in to the pan.

Here you can see the CNC blocks we machined to accept the round tube to the square and oval holes in the pan rails:

Here is an external shot of the pan. The fittings on the drivers side are for the remote mount oil filter, and it even has an 1/8" NPT thread for an electric autometer oil press switch.

The 2 fittings on the side of the pass sump are for the dry sump oil tank.

We are now in stock of these pans, if you are doing an LS7 this is the pan you need.

A true work of art! Those need to be hanging in art museum not some corny old paintings done eons ago! Tyler I CANT wait untill the Fed Ex guy shows up next week with mine!!!!!!! Keep up the great work:bow: ! Now I'm running out of excuses to start working on it again.
