There's a certain twin-turbo 'Vette in the new issue. Congrats to Shaun and it was a pleasure shooting the car.
Oh, and I'm pretty proud of the photos since it was only my second every car photoshoot.
The only downside is that our magazine can't feature sound.. lol

I saw that you were the shooter, but did not realize this was only your second time. Beautiful car and beautiful pics. Especially the engine bay and interior shots.
Turbos over headlights.... Now there is a guy with the right priorities!

Sincere congrat's to one of the very finest cars I've ever seen. I didn't see all of the hoopla on the TV series, but I did see some. Not a terribly big fan of faux-reality, but I can tell you for certain, this car is anything but "faux." Got a chance to drool over it a ways back, and it's amazing. Beyond amazing. Shaun is one heck of a terrific guy too, really laid back and not what you might expect from a guy wanting to build a car of this caliber, he's a super nice guy without the ego that you find with many guys having cars at this level built. There seems to be a LOT more to the actual build than folks might have been led to believe. A near perfect blend of over-the-top, with very good taste.
I want to ride in it!!!! Shaun, are you planning on taking the car to local events this year, i.e. Cruisin' Grand? If so, please pm the local folks like myself.
Steve, great work on the shots, nicely done. I think I recognize the venue?

Thanks for the great photos and the great spread Steve. It looks great.
Brian- Headlights or turbos? I didnt even have to think about that one. More power!!! If it goes faster I can get home before dark right?! lol
Thanks for the nice words Mark. I am very happy with the car and how it has come out. I have learned a few things that will go into the next project too. I will run it down to Grand and some local events this year when I have time. I will be sure to pm you before I do it.

Shaun -
Congrats !!!
How do you like driving the turbos with a manual trans ?
Any problems speed shifting or under high power ?
Just awesome.
I'd LOVE to see some video of the car, I want to hear what it sounds like, looks like rolling down the road, etc.

I totally agree! I hope to have the opportunity to see your car in person some day. I am a big Vette fan. I am nearing completion of a restification of a 69 roadster now. Nothing like yours though! Congrats on the car.

Yea, he did say he was looking to do another project. While that's a lot of cash you sure couldn't build it for that $$$$$$

Shaun , that is a great car-the engine looks awsome. Can you tell us how it drives? Is it easy to cruise with all that power? Anything you would do differently? I sure like to twinturboed mine too:yes:

Bowtie- The Vette cruises super easy. It drives like a low hp everyday car when you are cruising it.
