Chassis dyno with my Vintage Trans-Am club Saturday,my first pull was 422 rwhp @ 6800 rpm.Pro Systems true 840 cfm carb (76/86 jetting) needed more rear jet so we bumped to 90's and ran 427 hp.Bumped them up further to 92's and retarded the timing a bit to 38 degrees and pulled 430.51 hp and 389.85 lb ft torque @ 5100 rpm...through the mufflers and air cleaner. We couldn't get a good air/fuel reading though the cut-outs so I ran them through the mufflers.
All of my engine specs are in my profile.
Mine's the Yellow one:

Like I said...with a fresh set of the proper plugs (I wasn't running the right ones:_paranoid ),play with the timing, run the valves, lose the clutch fan in favor of an electric one,and cool it down a bit...I know I could squeeze another 7-10hp outta it.

This was a really cool car to hear on the Dyno. Now how about one from the inside while on the track??
BTW: The Colored headlight cover, Where does one find those?? They are sweet.
