Well, round two of my Camaro's restoration has begun. The interior was disassembled in order to prepare for the DSE mini-tubs and sub frame connectors. I found a few small surprises when I pulled the carpet out, but overall, the car is still really solid for not being touched in 15 years. My dad and I restored the car for me to drive as an everyday driver 15 years ago, but did not pay attention to details such as the undercarriage, floor pans, trunk pan, etc. Now I'm addressing these issues. Let me know what you think.

Cool! I love it when owners hold on to their cars and make them better over time...after all they are a part of the family...right? :)

Yeah, I plan on my grandkids driving this car. I know it's just a coupe, but it's very sentimental to me and my dad. I actually found this car when I was in the 5th grade. I was on the school bus heading home, and saw it. The owner thought the motor was blown, but a set of plugs, a new battery, and $2500 and it was ours. You should have seen his face when it cranked. Better yet, you should have seen his face after we restored it and then drove it over there for him to see...priceless!!!

The bodyman is coming this weekend to give me a price on changing the driver's side quarter, roof skin, and filler panel between the deck lid and rear window.
