I know the track width changed somewhat between the years on the corvette, but am trying to figure out which one used the shortest front controll arms. I have a narrow track width and am trying to get the most room between my frame rails for my BBC.
Thanks, Brian

It would be the C4... as C5 and C6 are the same.
C4 = 50.70"
C5/6 = 62.1"

Like Chicane said, both C5 and C6 are exactly the same except for some very, very minor differences between the LCA's on the standard C6 and ZO6 C6. Width is the same.

it would be the C-4 but the pre 87 C-4 is actually even a little bit shorter in control arm length

Good that you brought that up Tony... :thumbsup:
It was the 84-87 FE7 - F51 Gymkhana that was the narrowest. Not to mention that the 84 specifically and had the highest rate TV leafs of them all. It was mid August in 87 (88 model year) when they did the rear toe geometry change amoungst a few other refinements to the Y-body geometry.
