How to improve our store?

Now that the store has been online for a few months and many of you have had the chance to use it, how can we change it to make it better for you the customer? Scott did a killer job for me on the website but the store software sucks I am already considering a new store due to data entry issues I have had since day one. I would love your input now so I can consider any changes that can be made as we further develop our site. Thanks.

I've been trying to check out the store for a couple of days now, and all I get is the store is in teh process of being updated. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Since you don't actually have separate descriptions for each language, you should probably just remove your other language files in admin.
