I had plans to start a side company but I took a new job and have no time anymore. This setup is the best of the best and is complete ready to work. I can sell the setup with or without the 18 ft car hauler which everything is bolted down to now. Here is a list of what is included.

2004 Sullair 185 compressor with 120hours
Surface tech media blasting setup. Includes blast pot, hoses, after cooler, water separators.
Solid floor 18ft car hauler. Subtract $1000 if not wanted.

Do some checking around and you will see that this would add up to way more than im asking. The compressor cover does have some minor damage due to a roll over but its only cosmetic and could be fixed for $400. If your interested I can take some pictures and send you more info. I will also include about $1200 in soda and super K media with the package.

$15,000.00 with trailer
$14,000 without trailer

Have you sold the blasting unit yet? Last night I was telling a friend about it, and he might be interested.

Setup is still for sale. I had some very interested parties but I guess they ended up being to far away to make a deal.

WHAT KIND OF WORK IS THIS USED FOR?

IS IT FOR BLASTING HOT RODS OR FRAMES?
HOW MUCH CAN YOU CHARGE A PERSON FOR A JOB WITH THE BLASTER?

WHAT CITY & STATE ARE YOU IN ?
Setup is still for sale.

Thanks
Mike

To get to the point this setup is for stripping almost any kind of surface coating off almost any surface. From striping paint/rust off a car body with abrasive media to removing paint from a wood house with corn cob. You can figure on a car body taking from 3-4 hours and the normal cost is $180 - $200 per hour + media. The most money seems to be in the boat stripping market. Every year marinas pull boats out of the water and strip the paint and repaint the antifouling paint. From the other blasters I have spoke with say boats make the most money at about $2000 a pop.

If you have anymore questions let me know. This is a very good setup to start a mobile blasting business. If your in a good area this setup could pay for its self in a month.

Im in Camilla, Ga just north of Tallahassee, FL.

Thanks
