Actually, I am interested in your hood pins. Yours teardrop are strong billet ones but they look pretty tall. Do you make any similar to the flush "locking" types you see, or is there a way I could modify yours? I am very concerned of the crap quality of the flush ones I have. No matter where you get them, they are made out of pot metal and I would hate to have my hood go flying off. Ideas. Thanks in advance.

They are in fact designed so anyone can modify the height of the pins just by shaving down the "shaft" of the pin. You can just use an everyday hacksaw to get it to the height that works for you.

Yes, Charley, I would like to keep them as unobtrusive as possible.

Nick, thanks for the reply. I would like to order a set as soon as they become available. Your pins and mounts are perfect. I may see if the guys up at Mystic (Powerboats) can machine the top to accept flush locks.

Nice shot, but I was hoping for a far away, full car shot with them on a camaro. If I had a faw away shot from above I might be able to photoshop them on myself.
