ok here is a little write up on whats cooking with my project g-force.. as my signature will tell, a turbo has been added to the tab a schwartz supplied master power T-70 turbo, a boardmember here sold a single turbo manifold and i just couldnt resist the temptation.

the frame is now fully boxed and off to the sand blaster. the aluminum bodymounts are done, all the bodywork is done so now its assembly, leather and smiles.. i still need to decide on wheels though as the ones on there now scream bmw (the cast in logo is a dead giveaway)

here we are... the shop is getting ready to assemble everything... and my LS1 is still 5 weeks out, so the 305 is going back in and ill do the engine swap in the comfort of my home.. and ofcourse half of the stuff doesnt fit properly! the steering box splines are to big.. the rear anti-roll bar is an inch to wide!

also the german post service DPD lost my brakes, so there are no calipers or rear brakes yet.. Noel has some replacements going out in a couple of days... that are going UPS this time..(with them the poly bushing for the rear end housing should also show up.. and ofcourse.. here are some pics:

I am digging your bu. Looks like we have been on similar paths, down to the boxing of the frame, etc. I have just bought a set of extra bumpers I intend to cut, chop and narrow to give the car a better look, will let you know how that works out.
Keep up the good work, I wish I had gone the LS route with mine.

thanx guys! i had it rhinolined both for durability but also for noise.. at least that was my reasoning, also it is going to see quite a few miles, infact it will be my almost daily driver in the non snow/salt months, except when its roadster weather and the trips dont involve parking and leaving the car. and id hate to have rust showing in some area that required frame removal in a year or two...

more pics next week

I got a question and it may just be my ignorance with the rhino stuff. But why did you do the seam sealer if you were going to rhino line it? It seems like you could skip that step.

force of habit... figured that the PU sealer was stronger and id really like to avoid the rhino, cracking in the seams and let water in just where itīd hurt the most.. belt and suspenders..
