Is the hoop center bar detachable? I'd hate to see the kids hit their head on it!

Thats why he had the second cross bar built into the cage behind the rear seat. Mounting point for rear 4-5 pt harnesses.

Still not acceptable as far as I am concerned, but other than that the interior looks awesome! What kind of seats are those?

looks sweet.
I would think the rear harnesses, if properly used, would any heads from hitting the front cross bar. Of more concern is the side of the head hitting the bars going back from the main hoop.
Looks like they did a good job, thank god since I reccomended them.. lol
Can't wait to check it out now that it's done.

I agree... looks great !
Very industrial looking.... slick !
My only criticism is the purple harness's.
Maybe silver or grey to match the stripes and gauges ?

What can I say, the kids like them.... Agree on the silver though. I don't know if Crow makes them in that color

You will love those seats they are extremely comfortable. I had a set of them in cloth, the leather ones weren't available then, and I didn't like the fabric so I sold them. I currently have leather Corbeau TRS's.

Looks like they're now called LG1 seats, not Legacy. Talk to Jim at motorsportseats.com

They've been re-covered by the way - originally they were the black/grey like the pic in the link.

I actually built the console out of MDF, as well as the trunk pieces and had the interior place cover them. They ended up modifying the top of the conosle and it's much cleaner now.
