I have had pretty good luck with the car. I got a Fab5 at the Goodguys Great Lakes Nationals in Waukesha,WI, Best Interior at the Hotrod Supernationals in Springfield,IL, and the Peak Definition of Cool at the Goodguys Midwestern Nationals in Kansas City. Maybe you saw it at one of those shows. It is also in the January issue of Super Rod magazine. Are you going to any of the Autorama/World of Wheels shows this winter?

That stane looks great. I have 69 bird that I am getting ready to do after the Chevelle gets done and That is the best stance that I have seen. Do you mind me asking what suspension mods you have?

I have Fatman Fab 2" drop spindles and QA1 adjustable coilovers on the front, and Hotchkis drop springs and drop blocks on the rear. I had to do modifications to both the front and the rear to get it to ride that low without air ride. I don't have any rubbing issues either, which is a plus. I am running 18x8's on the front and 20x9.5 on the rear. Hope this helps.

IMO - Why? If you take the car to one ISCA show, all the others are the same.
Lot's of time and money.... My two cents.

Looks great, will it be at Detroit in March?

Roger- I don't quite understand your statement. On that rationale, if you went to one cruise in or drag race, why would you go to another because they are all the same? For the fun of it, that's why. I am a competition member, so they pay travel money, which helps some. I just like going to car shows. I really like meeting and talking to all the people. I like the Goodguys shows and ISCA shows because there are always a ton of awesome cars there. It is really neat seeing how everybody has a different idea of how to build a car, and what they do to their cars. Besides, who doesn't like looking at cars?
Jeff- Thanks for the compliment, as for Detroit, I sent an entry in, so I hope so.

Yeah, that's just me, no hard feelings intended. I was at 2006 Detroit Autorama.
The company that did the resto on my car wants to showcase it again this year. Why, my feelings are I have been there done that. To each his own. I just feel for you for the work that is involved. My wife and I have come to enjoy the outside events much more.

I agree with you on the outdoor events being more fun. You get to go home sooner at the end of the day and the atmosphere is more relaxed.
