I know it's a Toyota and not a Chevy...but I like it!! I bought it a couple months ago as the family needed something bigger than my '01 ZR2 S10. I chose this truck for it's MPG (even with the V8) and bed size. I gotta tell ya it's actually a nice ride!
I just put on new wheels and tires and doing a mild suspension lift. I went with Sway-A-Way's Race Runner coilovers in the front and a add-a-leaf and 1" block in the rear. This gave me close to 3" of lift.
Well I just had to share with my L-G family!!!

Nice, Anthony. Many contractors around me are getting them. There's alot of choices now. My GMC 97 is getting tired. Enjoy the ride! I think you need a supercharger :)

Nice ride.
Isn't it funny, we have to modify every vehicle we get with something, even if it is just wheels. My wife always ask me why, and my respnse is why not.

Looks Clean man  .......I say ditch the camper shell for looks, but I'm sure it adds alot of functionality to the truck

The canopy is a must as I do construction work, gotta keep the tools locked up...sorry. Oh, and we do some camping as well....so as you see it's a must for me.

Looks Nice. I am hoping to upgrade my 2001 tacoma to a tundra next year after they come out with the new one. I have over 100000 work Miles on it and the only thing that has gone bad is the battery. Super reliable. I like your wheels.

Good choice Anthony- I have a 93 4 Runner with a 98' 3.4 + supercharger, headers, etc, etc... goes like hell. My other DD is an 89 4 Runner with 309K on it, it never misses a beat.

Good to hear guys! Yeah this isn't my first Toyota truck, one of many! They do seem to go forever. My first, a '79, had over 100k on the clock before the battery or clutch went out...and that was with a 16 year old behind the wheel doing plenty of burnouts!!
