After 20 years rebuilding, maintaining, and manufacturing parts for vintage aircraft, I have started a new venture, Musclerodz & Customz. We will be bringing you all the high quality vendors you already know and some you don't. The vendor list is growing almost weekly. It is my goal to make sure customer service is number one before and long after the sale. This is not just a pro-touring company, but covers a wide variety of special interest vehicles.
The website is in the works and being done by Scott. I never considered anyone else. I think everyone here will be just as impressed once it is up an operational here in a few weeks. Scott has allowed me to go ahead and post in the vendor's forum, so starting Monday, be looking for some great deals that will only be available through the end of the year.

Congrats!!
Owning your own business is knd of like doing cocaine;
At first you are high as hell, it feels great!
After a while, you start to think that "maybe it's not so good for you"
Finally, you decide you should quit before it kills you.
Then, just like cocaine, everyday after you quit you think "maybe just one more time!" :rofl:
I owned my own business for 9 years, it's a LOT of work, but well worth it. Good luck, and get that web site going!
Shiny Side Up!

Best of Luck. Become good friends with you CPA and file all of your stuff on time. Remember, the only relative you don't want buying from you is Uncle Sam. :thumbsup:

I have always worked for my self. Basically I am taking my daytime aviation job as a business and making it my hobby again, and taking my car hobby and turning it into my new business. Regulation changes, parts cost, and an industry that has been dying since 9/11 make this move I think a good one.

It sounds very exciting. I had a sort time were I was thinking about turning this hobby into a job but just could not make the leap. I have owned my own business since 1992 and don't think I could ever work for anyone again. Best of luck to ya!

And your site will be awesome as well. Scott does A+ work. I have spent the last few month messing with all the good things he did for mine to make it look like a mess ;) !
