Hey guys I'm new at this forum stuff. Anyways the topic i have is about my Nova it is a 1972 and I was wanting to G-Machine the hell out of it. It will be a Project I hope that will enthuse Nova owners to do the same. I wanna stuff at least a 315 in the rear with a 17x11 Torq Thrust w/ the Deep Offset. I was told by DSE that the dimensions for the axles used on the Camaro's w/ a 315 was different. So to anybody that has figured up what the axle length from hub to hub would be much appreciated.. or any advise that anyone can give me would also be much appreciated... Thanks CS

the best way would be to get the wheels and tires, mock them under the car and measure.

As Chris said, mocking up the rolling stock is the best way to get a solid, dependable dimension. I would NEVER take someone elses dimensions for granted with the rear end width, as production tolerances back in the day varied greatly from car to car.
