Are you using the stock outer wheelhouses?? I have a set of 20x12 for my car. But just doesn't appear to be enough room under there with the stock wheel well on the outside. I am using the DSE mini tubs also

Yes the outside is stock. I am running a 11.5 inch wheel, but I do not think I would have a problem with a 12"

I have a set of 325/25 r20 PS2 also that I sized orginally, but had a hard time finding an 18" front tire with a mathcing profile, so I got the bigger tire (335/30 R20). The 325/25 R20 tires are shorter 26.4" and not as wide by a good 1". I still have them if you want them. They will fit easier.

Have you actually put them on your car? I seem to have a desent amount of room. Where are yours hitting?

THe one thing I did on the outer wheel well is weld in a piece of 1/4" bar stock around entire opening instead of "Rolling" the lip.

All I have done is basically stick the tire up in the wheel well and seen that it hit. I have been so busy with customers I haven't even got the chance to mount the wheels to the tires. I am planning on doing the same thing with the 1/4" rod. We do it often on lowered and air bagged vehicles that we cut the inner fenders out of.
