Does anybody out there make a shifter plate with the 6-speed pattern. I'm wanting to install one in the custom console I'm making. Worst case I'll go to a machine shop and have one made.

Not exactly what I'm looking for, I want a plate that the shifter comes up into with the shifter actually going thru the 6-speed pattern. Something made from aluminum, then polished. I just think that would look a little different.

Having one made would be the quickest way. That's a cool idea.

Are you talking about a gate kind of like the Hurst Olds had years back?

With a pro 5.0 shifter I dont think you would be able to get any metal inbetween the gates. It seems very tight left to right. That would be cool.
